By accessing or using VisaStreamline ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VisaStreamline is a form-filling assistance tool that helps users complete the USCIS Form I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)). Our Service:

• Provides a guided questionnaire to gather required information
• Automatically populates the official I-129F PDF form
• Allows users to download completed forms for submission

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Not resell or redistribute access to the Service

4. Account Registration

You may use certain features as a guest without registration. To save your progress to the cloud or access additional PDF generations, you must verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Service Tiers and Limitations

• Guest Users: 1 PDF generation
• Registered Users: Up to 3 PDF generations per day
• Rate Limits: Applied per email or IP address

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by VisaStreamline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaStreamline shall not be liable for:

• Any errors or omissions in generated forms
• Rejection or denial of visa petitions by USCIS
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Service interruptions or downtime

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before submitting forms to any government agency.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisaStreamline and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
